Responsibilities
- Support HR Technology teams in executing projects of varying scale, including new system implementations, quarterly upgrades, integrations, and automation efforts.
- Manage security and system access for global HR platforms, including role provisioning, issue resolution, and coordination with global IT teams.
- Collaborate with HRIT and APAC HR teams to expand global HR systems (e.g., Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Payroll) across the APAC region.
- Assist in system testing, bug identification, and resolution to ensure smooth HR technology operations.
- Coordinate and maintain Team Member data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Analyze data from HR systems to generate reports and dashboards for HR and leadership teams.
- Document new HR technology processes and develop user guides, training materials, and learning resources.
- Partner with Corporate and Hotel HR, Finance, and IT teams to support HR initiatives and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with functional owners to recommend product and process improvements.
- Enhance the Team Member experience throughout the hire-to-retire lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor&aposs degree in HR, Computer Science or in related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate or similar environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, customer service, or a customer-facing role.
- Experience using Global HCM Applications (preferably Oracle HCM Cloud or Workday).
- Experience facilitating virtual or in-person training sessions.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of software development cycles and coding concepts.
