HR & Talent Acquisition Intern (Training Provided)

Looking for an internship that goes beyond admin work

What You'll Do

• Post job advertisements across various platforms
• Source, screen, and engage with candidates
• Coordinate interviews and support hiring activities
• Assist with staffing projects and candidate deployments
• Support timesheet tracking and payroll administration
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
• Liaise with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations

Who We're Looking For

• Singapore Citizen or PR only
• Currently pursuing a Degree in any discipline at a local university
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Enjoy interacting with people and building relationships
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Previous HR, recruitment, admin, or customer service experience is a plus
