Presto Drycleaners is a growing drycleaning and laundry services provider in Singapore, committed to delivering quality garment care and excellent customer service. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a capable and hands-on HR professional to support our people operations and hiring needs.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful HR & Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting day-to-day HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced SME environment and is comfortable handling both strategic hiring and operational HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management)
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs across outlets and operations
  • Source candidates through job portals, agencies, and alternative channels
  • Ensure timely hiring to support business operations, including frontline and operational roles

HR Operations

  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date
  • Support payroll inputs, leave tracking, and attendance monitoring
  • Handle basic employee relations queries and provide HR guidance

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies
  • Assist in drafting HR policies and SOPs where required
  • Support work pass applications and renewals (if applicable)

Employer Branding & Improvement

  • Contribute to improving recruitment processes and candidate experience
  • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • 2-5 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in SMEs or operations-heavy industries)
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment is essential
  • Familiarity with Singapore labour laws and HR practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience hiring for frontline or blue-collar roles (e.g. operations, retail, service staff)
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a lean team environment
