Position Overview

. We are looking for quick thinking, innovative, motivated Recruitment Consultants with demonstrated technical agility to work with our team to help evolve, maintain, troubleshoot and support our recruitment and platform users.

Responsibilities

. Lead full cycle recruitment processes and managing the candidate experience from end to end.

. Interview and assess potential candidates

. Identify potential candidates using a variety of sourcing channels

. Carry out business development activities & build rapport with both new & existing clients

. Tele market for new clients to grow the business

. Business account & relationship management

. Improve and guide new hires through the on-boarding program

. Participate in company events and assist in campus outreach

. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min. Degree in any field of study.
• Strong interest in marketing and/or business development
• Applicants with good track record in sports or other co-curricular activities in school will have an added advantage
• Possess optimism, enthusiasm and most importantly, passion for people
