Job Description

As our Clinic Assistant, you play an important role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering a positive patient experience.

Your responsibilities include:
. Reception Duties: Answering phone calls, attending to patient inquiries, handling registrations, and scheduling appointments
. Financial Responsibilities: Billing, collecting payments, and assisting with claims
. Administrative Tasks: Data entry into the clinic software system, managing schedules, and communicating with patients (phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email)
. Clinical Support: Dispensing medications, assisting the doctor in procedures, and managing equipment
. Housekeeping & Operations: Maintaining a clean clinic environment, managing inventory, and overseeing basic housekeeping

Work Schedule
. Monday to Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM
. Saturday: 9 AM - 1 PM

Requirements
. Minimum of N/O Levels qualifications, or equivalent
. Proficiency in general office IT, including Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
