1. Selection
- Establish recruitment needs by studying organization plans and objectives
- Collaborate with respective HODs for job analysis
- Determine applicant requirements by reviewing job description and job requirements
- Working with respective government agencies for various recruitment drives
- Provide end to end recruitment administration support
- Full administration of working pass application
- Monitor job offers and compensation practices
2. Campus Recruitment
- Match interns with respective lines
- Conduct intern induction program
- Monitor intern performance with acdamic requirements
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Manpower Act
- Knowledge on RBA CoC will be an added advantage
- Mandarin is essential in order to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts.
- Good analytical and interview skills
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- A persuasive and confident presenter.
- Demonstrate sound work ethics with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- With adaptability and empathy
- Approachable, able to form good relationships and a team player
- Effective organizational skills and able to take initiative, a self-starters who is able to work with minimal supervision, with ability to devise solutions to complex problems
- Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
