HR Systems & Data Analyst (SAP HCM)

Required Competencies
a. Good knowledge of information technology, especially in the areas of SAP HCM ERP or HCM SaaS.
b. Good understanding of the data design in SAP HCM ERP or HCM SaaS.
c. Demonstrated competency in investigating and identifying causes of issues, and able to propose solutions to rectify the issue.
d. Proficiency in SQL programming is preferred.
e. Competent in applying Microsoft Excel functions.
f. Good planning and coordination skills.
g. Strong writing, verbal communication and presentation skills.
h. Good team player, responsible and conscientious.
i. Resourceful, independent, responsive and proactive.
