What You'll be Doing
- Collect, clean, and validate HR data, including performance outcomes, workforce metrics, and distribution analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct data analysis and build dashboards/reports to generate insights, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Explore correlations across HR datasets and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support and participate in HR core initiatives and projects, such as HRIS/system optimization, performance management, and process improvements.
- Partner with HR and business teams to enhance reporting efficiency and improve data governance standards.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business/Management, HR, or a related field.
- 25 years of relevant experience in data analysis, HR analytics, or HR systems support.
- Proficient in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and other data analytics tools
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
- Fluent in English and Chinese to collaborate with internal stakeholders across regions and support HR systems, data reporting, and project communication.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable, with strong ownership of outcomes.
- Effective communicator with the ability to present data insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and passionate about continuous improvement.
