Role Scope :
Work closely with the HR Strategy Director, the role is focused on governance, coordination, and the successful delivery of global HR transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with HR strategy priorities across regions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and enhance HR project management tools, methodologies, and governance frameworks in line with group standards.
- Oversee project governance and validation processes, including planning, risk management, governance checkpoints, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
- Monitor project progress and outcomes, ensuring portfolio transparency and data‑driven decision‑making through HR tools and reporting.
- Support and consolidate the structuring and ongoing monitoring of the global HR project portfolio, ensuring alignment with HR strategy and transformation objectives.
- Enable the successful delivery and adoption of global HR projects by coordinating with HR Centers of Expertise (CoEs) and Change & Communication teams.
- Coordinate the Change, Management & Communication (CMC) workstream for the global rollout of Workday modules, in close collaboration with HR CoEs and key stakeholders.
- Ensure regular coordination of HR initiatives and interact with HR and business stakeholders.
- Work closely with APAC stakeholders to facilitate alignment on regional HR initiatives and ensure consistency with global HR frameworks and ways of working.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in project governance and coordination within a global HR environment.
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP) is strongly preferred, given the governance‑driven and global nature of the role.
