Job Responsibilities:
Partnering with business leaders to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions
Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Handle employee payrolls.
Foreign employee work pass application.
Providing guidance on employment law and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Administering employee benefits and compensation programs
Driving employee engagement and wellness initiatives
Maintaining accurate HR records and reporting
Job Requirement:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR Specialist or Generalist role
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility
Proficient in Quick HR systems and data analysis
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
A collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset
