Contract role: 12 months (with the possibility to renew)
- Responsible for new staff entry procedures, including coordination with staffing subcontractors, onboarding activities, and preparing personal documents such as labor contracts or work orders, confidentiality agreements, codes of business conduct and related attachments according to national regulations and company requirements.
- Manage contract renewal procedures, including arranging contract signing and tracking follow-up actions.
- Responsible for all associate termination processes.
- Responsible for document management and archive room administration.
- Manage associates time and attendance data and provide the related monthly reports.
- Handle internal audit preparation and follow-up on audit results.
- Act as a coordinator between associates and HR, supporting certification, signatures, company chop, etc.
- Support matters related to insurances, CPF fund etc
- Responsible for recruitment and talent acquisition, including job posting, sourcing CVs, interview coordination, vendor management, onboarding etc
- Participate in or lead projects focused on process improvement.
- Handle other tasks or projects assigned within the onsite scope.
Qualifications & Technical Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HR professional, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
- Sector Experience: Direct and recent experience working on offshore oil and gas projects is essential.
