Key Responsibilities:
(1) Recruitment &Onboarding
- Full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation
- Partner with hiring managers to align role requirements with business objectives
- Manage new hire onboarding, documentation, and orientation
(2) Work Pass & VisaAdministration
- Process Employment Pass, S Pass, Dependent Pass in compliance with MOM regulations
- Provide advisory on quota, levy implications, and dependency ratio from compliance perspective
(3) Payroll & BenefitsManagement
- Monthly payroll processing: CPF, tax filings, statutory deductions
- Administer benefits (insurance, leave entitlements) and handle payroll inquiries
(4) Training &Development
- Coordinate training programmes and track participation
- Support performance management and career development initiatives
(5) Compliance &Employee Relations
- Ensure compliance with Employment Act, PDPA, and update HR policies
- Handle employee inquiries, mediate issues, and foster positive workplace culture
(6) HR Documentation &Reporting
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Prepare HR reports on headcount, turnover, and other metrics
(7) Cross-functionalCollaboration
- Work with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams
(8) Headquarter Projects
- Execute HQ directions and localise initiatives for Singapore
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws, work pass processes, and payroll systems.
- Familiarity with BIPO system is an advantage.
- Proficient in both Chinese and English, with the ability to use both languages effectively to draft and organize internal reports.
- Detail-oriented, organised, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
