We're Hiring: HR Specialist
Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make a strategic impact We're looking for a senior HR leader to join our team and shape our people strategy, performance frameworks, and company culture, without getting bogged down in day-to-day HR administration.

What you'll do:
- Advise senior management on HR strategy, policies, and people initiatives.
- Drive performance management, staff recognition programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead HRIS implementation and other strategic HR projects.
- Support talent planning, organizational development, and employer branding efforts.
- Ensure HR processes are compliant and efficient, without directly managing daily HR operations.
Who we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years HR experience with a focus on strategy, advisory, or HRIS projects.
- Experience influencing senior leadership and shaping organizational culture.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Compensation: SGD 6,000-7,000 per month, depending on experience.
