Job Description

Role Overview:
Manage end-to-end payroll administration and HR-related processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution while supporting employee benefits and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer monthly payroll, including variable commissions, incentives, time and attendance, benefits, and claims.
  • Prepare payroll journals, bank reconciliation reports, and analytics to support compensation decisions.
  • Submit payroll-related claims, IR21 clearance for foreign employees, and annual income declarations to local tax authorities.
  • Ensure statutory tax, CPF, and other compliance submissions are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain payroll documentation for audit purposes and ensure adherence to local labor regulations.
  • Manage time and attendance systems, including employee work calendars and shift schedules.
  • Act as HR systems administrator and point of contact for leave administration.
  • Administer employee insurance matters and benefits programs (e.g., corporate benefits, vouchers).
  • Perform other HR or payroll-related tasks as assigned.
