Job Description

About the Company

We are a global digital technology company with operations across multiple countries and regions. We are strengthening our international HR infrastructure to deliver consistent, scalable, and locally compliant employee services.

The Role

We are looking for a Global HR Shared Services Expert to develop and improve international HR shared services. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on hands-on delivery, process design, and cross-functional project execution. You will own defined workstreams across employee lifecycle services, payroll operations, HR systems, and service governance, balancing global standards with local requirements.

What You'll Do

· Design and implement service catalogues, standardized processes, SLAs, and KPIs for assigned HR service workstreams; use operational data to resolve recurring issues and improve delivery.

· Deliver multi-country employee lifecycle services, including onboarding, employee changes, contracts, personnel records, mobility coordination, and offboarding, ensuring accurate documentation and consistent service quality.

· Coordinate payroll inputs, validation, and issue resolution with Finance and external providers, covering statutory benefits, social insurance, and individual income tax filings to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

· Own defined workstreams in shared services development and process standardization, documenting country-specific requirements and reducing manual work and operational risk.

· Translate operational needs into HRIS requirements, test system enhancements, and implement workflow automation and employee self-service solutions with IT to improve efficiency and data quality.

· Apply employment, data privacy, cross-border data transfer, and relevant tax controls with local specialists; maintain audit documentation, escalate complex employee matters, and coordinate stakeholders and vendors to resolve service gaps.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

· Demonstrated experience independently delivering HR operations and payroll services in at least two international markets, covering employee lifecycle processes, contracts, records, and local statutory requirements.

· Experience owning defined workstreams in international HR shared services setup, cross-border process transitions, or multi-country operational consolidation, with clear deliverables and measurable improvements.

· Practical experience applying employment, data privacy, cross-border data transfer, and payroll-related tax controls, including documenting risks and working with specialists on complex cases.

· Ability to translate HR needs into process and system requirements and coordinate HRBPs, COEs, Finance, IT, and service providers across countries; professional fluency in English is required.

Strong-to-haves

· Experience implementing HRIS platforms, workflow automation, employee self-service solutions, or AI-enabled HR operations tools.

· Experience managing providers across payroll, background screening, records management, or other HR services.

· A bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Management, Law, Information Technology, or a related discipline; international study experience or proficiency in an additional language is an advantage.
