What you'll be doing
- Support Onboarding and Offboarding processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Assist in preparing, validating, and consolidating HR data for reports, analytics, and audits
- Maintain HR systems, datasets, dashboards, and trackers to monitor service performance
- Provide administrative support, including coordination of meetings, project documentation, and office resources
- Support ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives to enhance HR processes and staff experience
What we're looking for
- Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or related studies
- 1 - 2 years of working experience in HR operations/ Administration/ Shared Services, preferably within healthcare settings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting, data tracking, and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of HR information systems (HRIS) or shared services platforms
- Ability to generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and data trackers accurately
- Strong organisational, communication, and data management skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
