. A team player who can support the Manager HR in all end-to-end HR business processes arising from shared services functions which include routine processes/business operations like work permits applications, contracts preparation, data management, employee benefits and payroll related matters.

. Ensure organisation wide compliance to prevailing regulatory requirements stipulated by government and authorities.
. Active collaboration with Business units and other parts of the organization to understand the challengesand review the processes to achieve optimised outcomes.
. A meticulous individual who has experience in end-to-end HR operations.
What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You
. Advance Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent
. At least 5 years of relevant working experience
. Good analytical skills, ability to work independently and in teams
. Excellent communication skills and a desire to step up to help others
. Able to work under pressure and within short timelines
. A desire to grow and transform for the better
. Prior digitalisation experience/knowledge in automation tools and experience in Prosoft Unit 4 HRMSwould be added advantage
. Proficient in MS Office applications
