• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates

• Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and provide suitable talent solutions

• Maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients

• Propose and negotiate appropriate hiring strategies with targeted clientele

• Advisory & Market Insights

• Provide career guidance to candidates based on market trends

• Advise clients on hiring practices and talent availability
