Human Resource Executive (Recruitment) - Jurong East - 5 day week-Singaporeans only

. Manage full cycle of the recruitment process

. Develop an effective candidate pipeline

. Identify sourcing channels and strategies through internal/external job portals, staff referrals, social media, recruitment vendors, etc

. Posting of jobs on different platforms

. Support the manager in implementing recruitment strategies

. Perform reference check

. Manage coordination of recruitment events

. Maintain manpower/headcount data report and recruitment status report

. New staff on-boarding activities such as issuance of staff passes, access card, uniforms, etc.

. Other ad hoc recruitment admin duties and tasks assigned

. Manage projects / support HR & Operations team

Requirements

. Min GCE O Level

. 1 year(s) of relevant working experience preferred
