What You'll Do:
Client Management & Business Development
- Engage new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs
- Build long-term relationships by offering tailored recruitment solutions
- Identify new business opportunities through outreach, referrals, and networking
- Manage client accounts and ensure high service satisfaction
Candidate Management
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client requirements
- Use platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals to attract top talent
- Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process, from interview prep to job offer
- Maintain strong candidate relationships for future opportunities
Recruitment Operations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent, contract, and temporary roles
- Ensure all processes comply with MOM regulations and CEI standards
- Meet individual KPIs and contribute to team goals
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related fields
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales preferred (agency background is a plus)
- CEI certified or willing to be certified
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Goal-driven, adaptable, and proactive team player
