.Job Scope for HR Recruiters.

.Key Responsibilities:.

- .Talent Acquisition.: Identify and attract top talent through strategic sourcing, job postings, social media, job fairs, and innovative recruitment.

- .Candidate Screening.: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.

- .Collaboration.: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular recruitment updates.

- .Onboarding and Hiring.: Coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.

- .Administrative Tasks.: Maintain accurate applicant tracking systems and databases.

- .Employer Branding.: Represent the company as a brand ambassador, fostering positive candidate relationships and promoting our employer brand.

.Job Requirements.

- At least have 5 years experiences, preferable from F&B field.

- Have CEI will be advantage

- Strong skills in full-cycle recruitment process
