Role Description:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing and attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring process to meet organizational staffing needs. This role works closely with hiring managers and HR teams to identify, engage, and onboard qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and applicant tracking system (ATS) records.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and equal employment opportunity guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with ATS, HR software, and recruitment platforms.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
