Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs. Responsibilities include creating and posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to identify role requirements. The HR Recruiter will also manage applicant tracking systems and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and interview techniques
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
  • Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote role and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in recruitment or HR roles is an advantage
