Job Description
. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding candidates.
. Develop recruitment strategies using job portals, agencies, career fairs, and other sourcing channels.
. Work closely with hiring managers to meet recruitment targets and timelines.
. Coordinate with recruitment agencies and provide interview guidance when needed.
. Prepare weekly recruitment reports and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
. Conduct exit interviews and support employee retention initiatives.
. Stay updated on market trends and government regulations related to recruitment.
. Assist in developing and updating HR policies andprocedures.
. Provide HR advice and support to employees and management.
Job Requirements
. At least 2 years of experience in recruiting field
. Possesses a Diploma in relevant field
. Team Player
. Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
. Able to work efficiently with minimum supervision
