Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records
- Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and hiring status
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events when required
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience preferred
- Familiar with job portals and sourcing techniques
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
