Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records
  • Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and hiring status
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events when required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • 1-2 years of recruitment experience preferred
  • Familiar with job portals and sourcing techniques
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
