Work closely with HR and business leaders to translate strategic goals into project roadmaps and actionable plans across the region based on understanding of current organization purpose, performance, priorities and future directions.
Drive and execute HR transformation initiatives, by managing cross domain HR projects including but not limited to: Organizational Development, Organizational Design, Leadership Development, Leadership Training and Performance Management.
Drive alignment across local and regional HR teams to ensure consistent delivery and integration of project outcomes.
Oversee project governance, ensuring milestones, risks, and dependencies are accurately tracked and escalated.
Maintain and improve processes, templates, reporting mechanisms, and project governance frameworks.
Translate complex HR strategies, data, and insights into board-ready strategic communication materials (e.g., dashboards, status reports, and performance updates for senior leadership).
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or above.
At least 4 years of relevant HR or management consulting experiences in people strategy, organizational development, HR transformation, or enterprise-wide project management space.
Excellent stakeholder management, especially with senior leadership.
High-level strategic thinking with the ability to translate big-picture objectives into structured actions.
Prior experience preparing board-level or senior leadership presentations.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and deal with ambiguity.
