Role Description The HR Project Intern will support HR and payroll-related projects that improve processes and services for clients. This full-time hybrid role is based in Singapore, with a combination of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with HR documentation, helping implement HR policies and procedures, updating and maintaining HRIS records, and supporting project planning, tracking, and reporting. The intern will also help gather and analyze HR and payroll data, prepare presentations or reports, and collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth project execution. This role offers exposure to practical HR operations and project management in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR), including an understanding of HR operations and HR policies.
  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret HR and payroll data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Candidates should possess familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and basic HR technology tools.
  • Candidates should possess Project Management skills, such as planning tasks, tracking timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Enrolled in or recently completed a diploma or degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, and comfort working in a collaborative team setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools; prior internship or HR exposure is an advantage.
