Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore for an HR Project Executive / PMO Assistant. The role includes supporting HR project management initiatives, assisting with HR operational tasks, coordinating employee relations activities, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. You will collaborate with internal teams and assist in administrative tasks to streamline human resource management processes. Some work-from-home arrangements are available as part of this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
  • Knowledge and experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
  • Thorough understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using HR information systems and software tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
