Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role located in Singapore, offering the flexibility to work from home for certain tasks. As an HR Project Executive / PMO Assistant, you will assist in planning and implementing HR projects, support daily HR operations, and ensure compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include managing employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, supporting employee relations, developing HR policies, and coordinating project activities to meet deadlines. This role requires effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in HR Management, Employee Relations, and Human Resources (HR)
  • Competence in HR Operations and understanding of HR Policies
  • Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work in a hybrid environment
  • Proficiency with HR tools and software is an advantage
  • Relevant experience in project management or PMO support is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
