Job Summary:
The Payroll Executive is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees (50 headcounts), ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies. Candidates with experience in the Whyze system will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within stipulated timelines
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (CPF, SDL, IRAS, etc.)
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, resignations, and salary adjustments
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare payroll reports and reconciliation for management review
- Liaise with Finance on payroll matters, including payments and journal entries
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of payroll records for audit purposes
- Support HR in payroll-related audits and reporting requirements
- Continuously review and improve payroll processes for efficiency
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of payroll experience, preferably in F&B
- Familiarity with Whyze system is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations and statutory requirements
- Meticulous, responsible, and able to handle confidential information
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
