Lenovo is seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resource Business Partner and HR Project Management Lead collaborating with the International Sales Organization part of the Greater Asia Pacific region. This hybrid role combines deep HR expertise with robust project management capabilities to lead and deliver transformative initiatives that drive organizational, talent and culture effectiveness and business growth. You will lead cross-market initiatives focused on organizational design, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement-ensuring alignment with Lenovo's global objectives and local market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, translating organizational goals into impactful HR programs.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of regional HR projects, including workforce planning, talent management, and change initiatives.
- Develop and manage project governance frameworks, including KPIs, ROI metrics, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Drive digital transformation and automation in HR processes, with a focus on workforce analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate across functions and geographies to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to support project delivery and innovation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely execution and measurable business impact.
- Provide executive-level reporting on project progress, outcomes, and strategic alignment.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and embed continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in HR business partnering and project management, ideally in a regional or global capacity.
- Proven track record in leading HR and business transformation initiatives across complex, matrixed environments.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in workforce analytics and HR metrics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management capabilities.
- Ability to operate effectively in cross-cultural, multi-market environments.
