Working Hours - Mon to Fri Office Hours
Monthly Salary - $3160 per month
6 Months Contract
Job Scope:
- Coordinate recruitment and management of temp staff, e.g. assist with posting job ads on job portals, support billing process
- Support organisation of staff welfare and OD events, e.g. planning, operationalisation (such as logistics, event setup, procurement of supplies)
- Develop communications materials, such as EDMs and visual content for events, initiatives and/or announcement
- Update employee information and support the onboarding of new hires
- Support Finance related
- functions, e.g. assist with financial reporting, consolidate and disseminate information (such as for audit matters), collate data
- Assist in admin and facilities management matters
Requirements:
- Degree Qualification
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills (written and verbal), with experience creating internal communications materials such as EDMs or visual content
- Detail-oriented with good documentation and data management skills
