Role Overview:
Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals responsible for delivering essential HR services. Ensure smooth and efficient HR operations, optimize processes, and provide an excellent employee experience. Act as the subject matter expert for HR operations and support your team and the wider organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Guide, coach, and develop a team of HR staff promote a collaborative and high-performance culture.
HR Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day HR functions including payroll, onboarding, work pass administration, employee benefits, awards, training administration, and handling HR queries.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes for greater efficiency.
Compliance & Reporting: Maintain high standards of HR governance and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with other HR teams, department heads, and external vendors to ensure effective service delivery.
