We're seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage RNF submissions, ensure regulatory compliance, and support efficient HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of RNF submissions, including representative appointments, updates to personal particulars, and cessations.
- Ensure all notifications are completed with accuracy and submitted within mandated regulatory timelines.
- Review and validate information from business units to confirm completeness and accuracy prior to submission.
- Safeguard compliance by ensuring all RNF activities adhere to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
- Maintain thorough audit trails, supporting documentation, and evidence for regulatory reviews and audits.
- Serve as the central point of contact for RNF-related matters, providing guidance and clarification to stakeholders.
- Continuously refine RNF processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times.
- Deliver ad hoc HR Operations support as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Prior exposure to regulatory submissions, notifications, or licensing processes preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and perform under tight deadlines.
- Adaptability to diverse work procedures and operational guidelines.
- Solid understanding of RNF regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
