Job Description
HR Operations
- Manage day-to-day operational matters throughout the employee cycle, including onboarding, transfer, job change, offboarding, etc. Coverage includes employees and contingent workers.
- Day-to-day operational matters include data entry, benefits enrollment, leave balance calculation, etc.
- Address and resolve employee queries regarding People policies and Workday workflows, escalating complex cases to relevant subject matter experts.
- Partner closely with internal teams (HRBPs, HR Systems, Talent Acquisition) and regional entities to maintain agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Liaise with external stakeholders (e.g. vendors) for data reconciliation and employee queries.
- Ensure committed service level agreements are met.
- Understand HR Operations processes in the other countries and support the other entities teams if required.
HR Business Partnering & Organizational Support
- Provide administrative and logistical coordination for organizational restructures and change management programs.
- Participate in continuous process improvements, HR digitisation initiatives, and ad-hoc HR projects.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Operations
- Oversee day-to-day C&B operations, including medical insurance enrollment, flex-benefits administration, and statutory leave management.
- Support the execution of key reward programs, such as annual salary review cycles, performance bonus payouts, equity program administration, and performance management reviews.
- Liaise with external C&B vendors, insurance brokers, and providers for data reconciliation, invoice verification, and operational issue resolution.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Degree in Human Resource Management or business or related field would be an advantage
- At least 6 years of experience in HR operations with exposure to C&B administration.
- Hands-on proficiency in Workday is required, specifically in managing full employee lifecycle transactions and performing Workday EIB data loads.
- Good knowledge of Singapore statutory regulations and Employment Act
- Has an eye for detail, strong attention to confidentiality, process and efficiency
- Ability to manage and resolve operational issues in a timely and detailed manner
- Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Resourceful, analytical and a proactive team player plus the willingness to step up to do more outside assigned scope
