Supports HR operations by administering employee lifecycle processes, maintaining accurate employee records and preparing HR reports.
The role ensures compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and data confidentiality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Administration
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities including employment documentation, system access coordination
- Administer off-boarding processes such as resignation documentation, system clearance coordination, exit checklists and final records update.
- Coordinate and track background screening checks in accordance with Bank's and regulatory requirements.
HR Records & Data Management
- Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential personnel files (physical and/or electronic).
- Update and maintain the organisation chart
- Maintain accurate headcount records, tracking joiners, leavers, and internal movements
Reporting & Controls
- Prepare periodic headcount and manpower reports as required.
- Ensure HR data integrity & consistency across HR systems and reports.
- Support internal audits, inspections and compliance reviews where required.
Employee Benefits Administration
- Manage the coordination, submission and ongoing tracking of governmentfunded leave schemes.
- Administer medical reimbursement claims, including verification of eligibility, entitlement tracking and coordination with payroll / payment for reimbursement.
- Administer and coordinate employee care gestures including get-well baskets, condolence wreaths in accordance with the Bank's policies
General HR Support
- Support HR projects, process improvements and any ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Ensure HR processes adhere to internal policies, data protection requirements and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- Min 2 years of relevant HR operations / shared services experiences in a banking, financial services or regulated environment.
- Experience handling confidential employee data with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Times Software system.
- Meticulous, strong organizational & accuracy skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- High energy with positive mindset and good communication / stakeholder management skills.
