Job Duties
Process monthly payroll, including hourly-rated staff, overtime, service charge distribution, and incentives
Handle final salary computation, leave encashment, and payroll adjustments
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of employment contracts and HR letters
Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS system, and leave tracking
Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP, S Pass, EP)
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and handle government submissions (e.g. MOM surveys)
Act as point of contact for employee enquiries and provide HR support
Support handling of employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases and grievances
Coordinate training matters and assist with SkillsFuture or grant submissions
Prepare HR reports (e.g. headcount, turnover, payroll) and support ad-hoc HR projects
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field
Minimum 2-4 years of HR operations experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality
Strong knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations and employment laws
Experience in payroll processing, including hourly-rated employees
Familiar with HR systems (e.g. Staff Any or similar) is an advantage
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage operational demands
Good communication and interpersonal skills
