Job Description

Job Duties

  • Process monthly payroll, including hourly-rated staff, overtime, service charge distribution, and incentives

  • Handle final salary computation, leave encashment, and payroll adjustments

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of employment contracts and HR letters

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS system, and leave tracking

  • Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP, S Pass, EP)

  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and handle government submissions (e.g. MOM surveys)

  • Act as point of contact for employee enquiries and provide HR support

  • Support handling of employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases and grievances

  • Coordinate training matters and assist with SkillsFuture or grant submissions

  • Prepare HR reports (e.g. headcount, turnover, payroll) and support ad-hoc HR projects

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field

  • Minimum 2-4 years of HR operations experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality

  • Strong knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations and employment laws

  • Experience in payroll processing, including hourly-rated employees

  • Familiar with HR systems (e.g. Staff Any or similar) is an advantage

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage operational demands

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
