Job Summary
We are seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations for an assigned Food & Beverage (F&B) business unit, providing administrative support and partnering closely with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle by executing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes to support business needs
- Process payroll accurately and timely while ensuring compliance with statutory submissions and employment regulations
- Administer employee benefits and leave programs, responding to related employee queries effectively
- Oversee Ministry of Manpower (MOM) matters including work pass applications, renewals, and mandatory reporting to maintain regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with business leaders to plan manpower requirements, enhance employee engagement, and provide HR advisory services
- Handle employee relations by managing grievances and disciplinary procedures to maintain a positive work environment
- Prepare and consolidate operational sales and HR reports to support business decision-making
- Provide administrative and coordination support, including managing travel arrangements for the assigned business unit
- Support ad-hoc HR and operational duties as required to ensure smooth business operations
Required Competencies / Certifications
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
- Strong knowledge of the Employment Act and MOM regulations, especially work pass processing
- Proven hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- At least 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and HR information system
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Immediate availability to start work is advantageous
