Our client is an electric vehicle company based in Singapore. The firm operates in a lean environment where reliability, follow-through, and practical execution are valued.

They are hiring an HR & Operations Executive to support day-to-day HR and admin operations. The focus of this role is to keep people and office processes running smoothly, helping management stay focused on the business.

This role is well suited for someone who enjoys being hands-on, organising day-to-day matters, and following through on tasks.

About the Role

In the first 12-18 months, success will be defined by how smoothly HR and office matters are handled, and how independently these responsibilities are managed.

Some of these tasks include:

Recruitment

  • Supporting hiring managers with basic hiring administration.
  • Post job advertisements and coordinate interviews.
  • Prepare offer documentation and onboarding materials.

Training & Performance Support

  • Coordinate external training programs with vendors.
  • Assist with performance review cycles, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure reviews are completed timely.

HR Operations

  • Prepare employment contracts and HR documents.
  • Coordinate on/off-boarding activities.
  • Maintain leave records and employee data.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and statutory filings.
  • Support work pass administration where required.

Vendor Management & Office Coordination

  • Provide HR data for annual reporting and audits.
  • Coordinate with external vendors (payroll, insurance brokers).
  • Work alongside Office Admin and IT Support on office-related matters.


What We Are Looking For

You have prior experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar hands-on role. You are familiar with basic HR processes such as contracts, payroll coordination, and employee records. You are comfortable working independently and managing day-to-day matters without close supervision.

Degree qualification is not required. Relevant experience and a can-do attitude matter more.
