A leading financial institution is looking for an HR Operations Executive to join its Group HR Operations team. You will deliver reliable employee services across the full employee life cycle, with a strong focus on data quality, accuracy and stakeholder service.

What You'll Be Doing

Receive, execute and deliver daily HR transactions professionally and within committed service standards
Maintain quality employee data in the HR system and promptly resolve data discrepancies
Support accurate HR data analytics and reporting
Respond to staff enquiries and work with Employee Services Partners and other HR teams to resolve service issues
Maintain dashboards and manage regular reporting to internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities
Assist in monitoring and processing claims and payments accurately and on time
Coordinate with relevant parties to address queries on claims and payments
Support onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration and absence and payroll management
Contribute to periodic audit and compliance reviews by internal and external auditors
Support process improvements in HR operations

What You'll Bring

Degree or Diploma in Human Resource, Business or a related discipline and above
Experience in HR operations, HR data management or HR administration financial services experience is preferred
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with good data handling and reporting ability
Very detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and ownership
Good administrative and organisational skills
Good communication and customer service mindset
Familiarity with HR systems is an advantage
Able to work independently and manage deadlines
