An established Steel & Industrial business in Singapore is hiring a hands-on HR & Operations Executive.
This role sits within a lean team environment and will support payroll, compliance, office administration, and inventory coordination. It is suited for candidates comfortable wearing multiple hats in an SME setting.
HR Operations (50%)
Office Admin & Procurement (35%)
Inventory & Operations Support (15%)
Requirements
You should possess 3-6 years of hands-on HR generalist experience preferably within an SME, construction, manufacturing or logistics environment. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM processes is required. You should also be familiar with work pass administration and are comfortable supporting admin & operational matters beyond a pure HR scope.
