Job Summary

You will manage recruitment and training processes, maintain accurate HR records, support employee onboarding, administer HR communications, and organize employee welfare activities to support a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire qualified candidates
• Develop and deliver induction programs to onboard new employees effectively
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee personal files to ensure accurate record-keeping
• Prepare and distribute HR-related letters and memos to communicate important information clearly
• Plan and coordinate employee welfare activities to enhance staff engagement and morale
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned HR tasks and support organizational goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Proficient communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to facilitate clear interactions
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to managing responsibilities and initiating improvements
