Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Contribute to workforce planning and organizational development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR systems and employment law.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior HR experience preferred.
