Job Scope:
Maintaining of employees records in system and files.
Handle work passes, such as applying, renewal, cancellation, levy waiver etc.
Arrange courses and printing out of the grants to submit to accounts.
Prepare contract for new joiners and for resignees.
Handle employees enquiries/feedback.
Raise payments for training courses attended and onboarding centre.
Submit monthly WPOL and work pass invoices to accounts.
Handle performance bonus and increment processes.
Maintain foreign workers accommodation records.
Other any ad-hoc jobs assigned.
Experience in application of work permit in Construction Sector is a MUST.
Job Requirement:
Proven experience in HR management
Diploma in Business or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of the Employment Act
Meticulous, good with prioritizing work and managing datelines
Possess strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
