Job Description:

1. Payroll Process Management for entities

  • Complete employee data input timely and accurately

  • Submit monthly CPF report

  • Maintain employment records and prepare related document

  • Handle HR related government and third parities survey

  • Assist payroll Executive to complete data input timely and accurately, maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records

  • Assist payroll Executive to generate payroll report

2. HRIS operation

  • Update employee database system

  • Analyze existing system function

  • Generate system modification requirement

  • Assist to identify HRIS's requirement and summarize specifications

  • Assist in HRIS improvement

3. HR Admin

  • Proceed application and update payroll related data in HRIS (Attendance, Leave, RS fringe, Housing etc)

  • Assist in Travel Management

  • Process invoices payments from vendors and internal cost allocation

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in HR or related

  • 1-2 years experience in HR Operations especially payroll function

  • Knowledge in HRIS system

  • Strong knowledge of payroll computations, MOM and CPF legislation

  • Good communication skill and proactive attitude
