Our client is actively seeking an HR Officer / HR Executive to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up on hiring decisions.

  • Maintain the candidate database and recruitment reports.

Training

  • Organise staff training sessions and onboarding programmes.

  • Maintain training records and feedback documentation.

  • Support the development of training materials.

Staff Dormitories

  • Oversee the allocation and maintenance of staff accommodations.

  • Handle dormitory-related issues and coordinate with vendors or landlords.

  • Maintain occupancy records and related documentation.

Staff Leave Administration

  • Manage leave applications and update leave records.

  • Ensure leave policies are communicated and followed.

  • Generate monthly leave reports.

Requirements

  • NITEC or Diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline.

  • 1-2 years of HR experience preferred.

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts when required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Pleasant, approachable, and comfortable handling routine HR administrative functions.

  • Able to start work soon will be an added advantage.
