HR Officer (Data & Operations) - 1 Year Contract

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the preparation, validation, and consolidation of HR data for reporting and analytics, including performance tracking and gap analysis

• Organise and maintain HR shared services datasets, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance through regular audit checks

• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and trackers to monitor SLA performance and service delivery metrics

• Provide administrative support including coordination of meetings, project tracking, documentation, and management of IT assets and office supplies

• Support HR initiatives and participate in ad-hoc projects to drive process improvements and operational efficiency

What we're looking for

• Diploma in HR, Business, Analytics, or related studies

• 1 - 3 years of working experience in HR operations/ HR shared services/ HR analytics or administrative/ data support roles

• Hands-on experience in data consolidation, reporting, or dashboard tracking

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) exposure to Power BI or similar tools is an advantage

• Detail-oriented with good analytical and organisational skills

• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication and coordination skills
