Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented HR & Office Executive to support the company's human resources and administrative functions.

This role covers day-to-day office coordination and HR operations support, including payroll coordination, work pass administration, recruitment support, and employee engagement activities.

Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience are preferred. Fresh graduates with strong interest in HR operations are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration

  • Liaise with landlord and building management on office matters

  • Coordinate vendors and maintain office facilities

  • Manage office supplies and general administrative tasks

  • Process operating expense payments and maintain records

  • Handle mail and courier services

HR Operations Support

Payroll & CPF

  • Assist in monthly payroll preparation and verification

  • Support CPF submissions and employee leave tracking

  • Maintain payroll-related documentation

Work Pass Administration

  • Prepare documents for Employment Pass (EP) applications/renewals

  • Monitor pass expiry and maintain tracking records

  • Liaise with MOM when required

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Post job advertisements and coordinate interviews

  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding process

Employee Records & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records

  • Ensure documentation complies with Singapore regulations

  • Support HR policy implementation

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in organising company events and staff activities

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or office administration preferred

  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in HR are welcome to apply

  • Basic knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and CPF regulations is an advantage

  • Good organisational and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin

  • Singapore Citizen or PR preferred
