Company Overview:
We are a vegetable supplier with a team of 6+ employees, seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee and manage our HR functions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full-spectrum HR duties including recruitment, interviewing, payroll, and employee relations
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Advise management on manpower planning and compliance matters
- Maintain proper HR records and reporting
Job Requirements:
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager in Singapore
- Strong understanding of MOM regulations and HR compliance
- Ability to independently manage all HR-related matters
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required, able to communicate effectively)
